Location isn't centering on the map

Make sure location permissions are enabled for Yote FarmView in your device's Settings app, and that you have a clear GPS signal (works best outdoors).

I can't see a team member's fields or varieties

Check with your farm owner that you've been added as a team member with the right role. If it still looks wrong after that, contact support with your account email and farm name.

Exporting or sharing a PDF isn't working

Try again with a smaller area selected, or without the satellite background. Include your device model and iOS version when contacting support so we can investigate.

Requesting account or data deletion

Email us at the address above from the account's email address and we'll process your request.
