• Account information: your email address and name when you create an account, and any team member emails you invite to your farm.
• Location data: with your permission, we use your device's GPS location to center the map on your position and track your location while scouting fields. Location is used only while the app is in use and is not sold or shared with third parties.
• Farm and field data: field boundaries, crop varieties, applications, harvest tracks, and other agricultural records you create in the app.
• Usage data: we use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate app usage. This does not identify you individually.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and improve the app: displaying your fields on the map, generating exports and reports, enabling team collaboration, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data.

Data Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the app — our database and hosting provider, and mapping/satellite imagery providers used to render maps and exports. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account and farm data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Your Choices

You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings, though this will limit map-centering and location-tracking features. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
